| Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
You only have to pay a sales tax if you are located in the same state as our order processing center. Our order processing center is located in Hillsborough County, Florida. All Florida residents and orders shipping to Florida will be required to pay a sales tax of 8.5%. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? | |
All credits and refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) in order to post back to your payment method. Please contact the Customer Service Department if you have not received your credit and refund within this time frame. |
