All orders will be shipped using United
States Postal Services (USPS). All orders will ship under USPS Flat Rate Mail Services. Your order will not be shipped until your payment method has cleared.
Please allow 7 to 20 business days for processing and delivery of your order if
your order is shipping domestically. International orders may take up to 35
business days for delivery or longer depending on customs and the country clearance. You will be provided a confirmation email regarding

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS
At Kissy Pops we stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item. For a full refund or exchange the item cannot be open, used, or worn. The client will be required to contact our Customer Service Department by email in order to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC). No refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless a RAC has been obtained from our Customer Service Department. The client will be responsible for the mailing cost to return the item back to our location for a full refund or exchange. The client will have 30 days upon receipt of the item in order to obtain a full refund or exchange. Due to sanitation standards, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for earrings, certain jewelry items, swimwear, undergarments, body shapewear, beauty products, or any other items deemed as hygienic concerns.
If an item is received damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department by email so we can resolve this matter immediately.
Any items marked or labeled as a FINAL SALE ITEM cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded as these items are excluded from the standard return, exchange, and refund policy. No exceptions can be made for a FINAL SALE ITEM as all sales are final for these items.
